Mission Serve as the CRM pillar of Hotmart Communities, ensuring excellence in the creation and execution of multichannel communication journeys. Act as a bridge between marketing, product, market, and community to drive engagement, retention, and client growth through strategic campaigns and relevant communications. Responsibilities Create multichannel communication grids (WhatsApp, email, push, banners, etc.) with coherence and relevance. Monitor CRM indicators, test hypotheses and implement data‑driven improvements. Develop briefings, scripts and supporting materials for communications and events in partnership with marketing, product and branding teams. Update and create landing pages, newsletters and other community touchpoints. Qualifications Degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields. Experience in planning and executing communication journeys (creation, segmentation, analysis). Copywriting for CRM (email subject lines, CTAs, storytelling). Ability to craft coherent scripts and narratives across multiple channels. Project management and stakeholder communication skills. Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (Manychat, HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station or similar). Proficiency with communication support tools (Canva, Figma, Landing Page builders). Intermediate/advanced English. Advanced Excel/Sheets for reporting and dashboards. Desired Differentials Previous experience in Growth/CRM. Marketing digital experience in the Creator Economy ecosystem. Automation marketing and funnel experience. Knowledge of Hotmart’s platform and products.
