Job Overview

We are seeking skilled bakers to participate in a research initiative collecting real-world footage for AI training. Participants will wear cameras while baking and managing prep throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

  • Wear a camera to capture daily activities for 5 separate days within a 2-week window
  • Record a minimum of 7 hours per day, taking breaks and pausing the camera for privacy
  • End each day by uploading footage to a secure platform, reviewing short clips, and choosing to delete, anonymize, or consent to each video segment

Requirements:

  • No children under 18 present or visiting during recording
  • All adults must be fluent English speakers and agree to being recorded
  • Must live in a private apartment, building, or indoor work environment
  • All household members must appear in the footage

Participant Requirements:

  • Work indoors in non-customer-facing roles (e.g., chef, baker)
  • Participants from the same workplace or household should both have a camera mounted
  • Preferably engaged in manual or creative work (e.g., artist, carpenter, musician)
  • Self-employed or employer consent required to record in the work environment
  • Able to use a computer for basic tasks like reviewing and uploading video clips

Technical Requirements:

  • Access to a computer and internet connection
  • Comfortable using web-based tools for uploading and reviewing clips (training provided)
  • Cameras and accessories will be provided for the duration
