About Trust and Safety
**Responsibilities**:
- Working in the Quality Assurance team to make sure data delivery key targets (e. g. productivity;efficiency;quality;latency) are met in all Search Recommendation projects
- Responsible for policy and guideline cascading and clarification with BPOs to ensure better understanding and implementation alignment
- Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings in the appeal process to make sure the delivery quality and improve the performance to achieve the project target
- Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/guideline/trends and ensure the overall success of projects
- Support internal/external training and the go-live process of NHs
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent work experience
- Excellent English and Brazilian Portuguese language knowledge
- Experience working with Quality Assurance: familiarity with RCA methodology
- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge about TikTok, Search Engines
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Good communication skills
- Experience in cross-team collaboration
- Eager to learn
