China Mobile International (CMI) is looking for a driven and versatile HR and Administration Officer who will empower our HR and Administration team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with management and staff; develop a strong understanding of their global business, their goals, and challenges; anticipate, assess, and help to address systemic issues.
  • Participate in various HR projects on HR policy, Process Optimization, Graduate Trainee Recruitment, etc.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Maintains paper and electronic employment profiles and other confidential documents. Maintains high standards of confidentiality.
  • Organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of HR operations.
  • Manage office supplies to support a safe and effective working environment
  • Other special projects and clerical duties assigned by HR and admin management.



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related qualification.
  • 2+ years of Administration and HR experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines as required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
