We are seeking a Sales Director, Brazil to lead the customer revenue lifecycle within the Brazilian market. This executive role is charged with designing, implementing, and leading the integrated structure across Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success. The Director will ensure seamless alignment between these functions to drive aggressive customer acquisition, market share expansion, and optimized customer lifetime value (CLV) within the region. Responsibilities Integrated Commercial Strategy: lead the strategic alignment and structural framework for Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success to create a unified Go-to-Market (GTM) motion. Market Expansion & Business Development: direct all regional business development activities, including identifying and qualifying strategic market segments, establishing key channel partnerships, and initiating high-value enterprise pipeline generation. Sales Ownership & Quota Attainment: take ownership of and consistently exceed the total regional revenue quota, driving the execution of key sales strategies and action plans across the team. Customer Success & Retention Strategy: define the strategy for customer onboarding, health, and value realization. Implement processes to maximize high retention rates and drive significant upsell/cross-sell revenue opportunities. Strategic Account Engagement: cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key clients in the financial industry and major enterprises, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term partnership success. Process Discipline & Forecasting: drive the adoption of commercial frameworks (like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message) to ensure disciplined pipeline management, accurate revenue forecasting, and process efficiency across all revenue teams. Market Intelligence & Adaptation: stay abreast of category-specific landscapes, regulatory environments, and competitive trends in Brazil, adapting commercial strategies in real-time to maintain a competitive advantage. Requirements Extensive experience as a sales executive and sales manager in the B2B enterprise market with a demonstrated history of success leading and structuring multi-functional teams. Proven track record of exceptional sales executive experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in the Brazilian market. Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Demonstrated ability to drive the entire commercial process, from strategic planning through retention, with a strong focus on predictable revenue results. Exceptional ability to articulate the unique value propositions of products and services and effectively position them against competitors. Proven success in high-growth, startup environments.
