OverviewRegional Representative – Brazil & Southern Cone of Latin America As part of our succession plan, IPAF is seeking a Regional Representative for Brazil and the Southern Cone of Latin America, to work remotely, preferably based in the State of São Paulo or another well-connected region. This is a full-time, self-employed position starting in January 2026, offering a competitive salary, plus commission and an annual performance bonus. The role reports directly to the Head of Regional Development and is supported by an existing Assistant. All reasonable expenses related to phone, travel, and other business costs incurred while representing IPAF will be reimbursed monthly. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong institutional relationships across the region; Conduct regular visits to affiliate members and partners; Actively participate in technical committees to support the development of industry standards; Recruit new members and training centres; Organize commercial and promotional initiatives, including fairs, exhibitions, and events; Promote safe practices in the use of powered access equipment; Represent IPAF at conferences, congresses, and industry forums; Drive adoption of IPAF training courses within the access industry; Oversee local marketing activities in close collaboration with IPAF’s Central Marketing Department. Candidate ProfileProven experience in management or sales within the machinery sector, training industry, or work-at-height environment — or as a safety professional; Willingness to travel within Brazil and abroad (approximately 25% of the time); Qualification or demonstrable experience in Health & Safety; Strong communication and writing skills; Confident public speaking and negotiation skills, with attention to detail; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to work independently in a remote setting, using modern communication tools; Languages: Native Portuguese, fluent English (C1), and ideally good knowledge of Spanish IPAF is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment.
