THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Email Marketing Developer to our Martech team in São Paulo

• Implement and manage email templates and components within our marketing automation stack (Braze, HubSpot and Salesforce), following our atomic design guidelines.
• Troubleshoot email deliverability issues and implement best practices to improve inbox placement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for email templates, processes, and best practices.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure email creative aligns with brand guidelines.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

• Prior experience in email marketing development.
• Proven expertise in HTML/CSS coding for email templates.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Experience with responsive email design and mobile optimization.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for tech and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• A problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Hands-on experience with Braze and HubSpot marketing automation platforms or other email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, SFMC).
• Familiarity with dynamic content personalization.
• Experience with email marketing analytics and reporting.
• Basic understanding of design principles.
• Experience with CRM integrations.

For this specific role, please note that prior experience with email marketing is a mandatory requirement.
