Email Marketing Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and configure email marketing accounts within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role involves creating and implementing responsive, dynamic marketing emails using HTML and CSS, and developing AMPscript for advanced content personalization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Data Extensions and Lists in SFMC.
  • Utilize SQL for advanced database segmentation to target highly relevant campaigns.
  • Develop and execute automations in Automation Studio to streamline marketing processes.
  • Monitor and analyze email marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and reporting results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure data integration and execution of cross-channel campaigns.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to SFMC configurations and processes.
  • Participate in projects to implement new features and integrations within SFMC.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and operating Email Studio.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including design, deliverability, and A/B testing.
  • Proven experience in database segmentation using SQL within SFMC.
  • Familiarity with other SFMC modules such as Automation Studio and Content Builder.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational abilities, and proactivity.
