Overview Performance Marketing Manager role at DiDi Global Inc. DiDi is the world’s leading mobility technology platform, offering ride‑hailing, delivery, finance and other services across markets in Asia‑Pacific, Latin America and Africa. Responsibilities Represent the Performance Marketing Organization, coordinating with Marketing Science, Ad Operations, Growth Ops and other teams to ensure best‑in‑class communication and execution. Plan and execute a holistic media acquisition strategy that supports growth while meeting budget requirements. Analyze performance, provide insights and ensure key partners understand plans, optimizations and results. Ensure proper tracking, attribution, automation and optimization by leveraging tools and cross‑functional teams. Collaborate with Paid Media, Branding & Analytics groups to build testing opportunities, measurement frameworks and product improvements. Prioritize multiple project pipelines across business lines. Own food business success from the Paid Marketing perspective, aligning Ops, Growth, Marketing and Paid teams around a clear strategy. Qualifications 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably with consumer apps. Deep knowledge of Search, Paid Social, Display and other paid media buying. Experience with multi‑channel digital media strategy, A/B and multivariate testing, and performance marketing optimization processes. Excellent communication skills, ability to engage internal and external customers, multiple stakeholders and different cultures. Data‑driven, analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving business and performance marketing issues.
