**STRATEGIC ALLIANCES MANAGER**
CtdoAgro seeks for Strategic Alliances Manager - Brazil, for its client, UPL, lead multinational on the Crop Protection & Bio-solutions sector.
**Main responsibilities**
- Establish and manage regional partner's network
- Support global partners management in the region to enable game-changing alliances
- Search and get access to new third-party innovative & differential technologies
- Manage product and service partnership contracts
- Develop a pipeline of licensing and distribution opportunities
- Support global team members in closing global commercial deals that impact Brazil
- Lead, working together with R&D, Supply, Regulatory and Marketing, the region's portfolio strategy
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree: Agronomy - differential
- Advanced English is mandatory
- Broad and solid experience in Alliances and BtoB business strategies and execution
- Senior expert in the agribusiness sector
- Strong sales and marketing experience
- Financial knowledge - business cases build and analysis
- Royalties' knowhow
- Business structuring knowledge
- Skilled in negotiation techniques
