Key Account Manager
In charge of building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving mutual business growth through strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales process with BotCity's high-value clients, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the sales base.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings and market positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Contribute to BotCity's strategic plan by providing insights on enterprise customers and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving mutual business growth.
- Develop deep, trust-based relationships that lead to joint business planning, innovation opportunities, and competitive advantages.
