Local: Modelo Home Office, com reuniões pontuais na Sede. Residir em Campinas/SP ou até 80km de distância. Requisitos: Formação em Contábeis, Administração ou áreas afins. Domínio prático de rotinas contábeis/fiscais (SPED, ECD, DRE, etc.). Mais de doisanos gerindo grandes contas B2B. Perfil consultivo, olhar de dono e habilidade de negociação ninja. Responsabilidades: Cuidar da carteira premium de clientes (empresas de tech & serviços) Ser a ponte entre time contábil/fiscal e o board do cliente para garantir entrega sem dor de cabeça Analisar números (balancetes, obrigações fiscais) e traduzir em oportunidades de upsell Elaborar e conduzir planos de sucesso do cliente, previsões de receita e renovações.
