Employer Industry: Biotechnology Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $180K per year Full and comprehensive benefits program, including an Employee Stock Purchase Program and 401(k) matching Opportunities for career advancement and growth through in-house programs and tuition reimbursement Collaborative and innovative team environment Chance to make a significant impact on patients' lives and the healthcare landscape What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Supervise and lead Specialty Account Managers and Senior Specialty Account Managers within the region Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business potential for the region Maintain effective communication among team members and provide coaching on selling skills and product knowledge Conduct performance reviews and manage performance-related issues in coordination with Human Resources Monitor compliance with laws, policies, and procedures within the region What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate teams while leading through change Knowledge of products, disease states, and reimbursement programs affecting providers Effective planning and resource utilization skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary, including frequent overnight and/or weekend travel How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Specialty sales leadership experience and product reimbursement experience Proficiency in software such as Tableau and Veeva, with the ability to coach the team on analytical tools We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
