About the Team / Role

As a Manager of Commercial Planning, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our commercial teams. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and the global strategy department to define and execute key business objectives. Your focus will be on analyzing market trends, setting ambitious yet achievable targets, and building strong relationships with the sales team to ensure continuous growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that demands a combination of data-driven decision-making, innovative thinking, and leadership skills to foster a culture of performance excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Analytics: Use internal and external data to understand the fuel market and bring insights from our operation
  • Innovation: Be active in chasing opportunities and drive improvements
  • Target Setting: Understand business needs and goals and translate them into targets for the sales team
  • Interpersonal relationships: Be close to the sales team, handle day-to-day interactions, and foster continuous improvement
  • Results monitoring and reporting
  • Creating and monitoring KPIs to track the business evolution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or similar field
  • 5+ years of experience doing business analysis and managing projects across business areas
  • Ability to create measurable goals and break them down into actionable steps with accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Proven track record of owning and leading initiatives
  • Good level of English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and intermediate SQL
  • Previous experience in commercial planning is a plus
