About The Team/role
As a Manager of Commercial Planning, you will drive the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our commercial teams. You will collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and the global strategy department to define and execute business objectives, analyze market trends, set ambitious yet achievable targets, and build strong relationships with the sales team to ensure continuous growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires data-driven decision-making, innovative thinking, and leadership to foster a culture of performance excellence.
- Analytics: Use internal and external data to understand the fuel market and bring insights to our operation.
- Innovation: Actively pursue opportunities and drive improvements.
- Target Setting: Understand business needs and translate them into targets for the sales team.
- Interpersonal relationships: Stay close to the sales team, handle day-to-day interactions, and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
- Results monitoring and reporting.
- Creating and monitoring KPIs to track the business evolution.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management across business units.
- Ability to create measurable goals and break them down into actions with accountability.
- Proven ability to earn trust, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach.
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Demonstrated history of owning and leading initiatives and projects.
- Good level of English.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and intermediate SQL.
- Previous experience in commercial planning is a plus.
