Hey We are looking for a Bookkeeper detail oriented with Quickbooks experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting assistant to support our bookkeepers in managing the daily financial operations of multiple small business clients. This role is hands-on and focused on the essential behind-the-scenes work including reconciliations, data entry, and record keeping that keeps client accounts accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate has at least one year of accounting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients, and is eager to handle both routine accounting tasks and administrative support with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Enter financial transactions by accurately posting details of business transactions (funds received, disbursed, expenses) into accounting software and ledgers
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) by tracking invoices, processing payments to vendors, and maintaining balance sheets related to loans and credit balances
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) by generating invoices and tracking payments
  • Prepare bank deposits by organizing cash and checks and preparing them for deposits at the bank
  • Reconcile accounts by comparing account statements (bank statements, credit card statements) with the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
  • 1 year+ of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with any of the following tools/platforms: QuickBooks, QBO, Microsoft Office, WellSky, and/or AccessCare
  • Accounting experience with in-home care businesses a plus
  • Advanced level of English
