Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter financial transactions by accurately posting details of business transactions into accounting software and ledgers
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) by tracking invoices, processing payments to vendors, and maintaining balance sheets related to loans and credit balances
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) by generating invoices and tracking payments
  • Prepare bank deposits by organizing cash and checks and preparing them for deposits at the bank
  • Reconcile accounts by comparing account statements with the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with any of the following tools/platforms: QuickBooks, QBO, Microsoft Office, WellSky, and/or AccessCare
  • Accounting experience with in-home care businesses a plus
  • Advanced level of English
