About the role:

We are looking for a collaborative and organized IT analyst. They will act as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents, using their expertise to ensure the integrity of the daily operations. The main goal is to maintain robust, efficient systems that support organizational objectives.

You have the skills to enhance functionalities and ensure optimal performance, maintaining high user satisfaction through efficient troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive systems-related support to users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborating with team members across various departments and projects to drive successful outcomes.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining detailed documentation to support the standardization of processes and procedures.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting ERP system issues (Odoo), delivering actionable insights and solutions to the internal team.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and enhancement of Company-wide security systems, ensuring robust protection of data and resources.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes, systems, and services through the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Providing training and guidance to end users across platforms through various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Nice to have: Odoo experience)
  • Experience working in IT-related positions.
  • Proficient in ticketing systems.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting end-user’s PCs (MacOS or Windows)
  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Competent in managing and using Virtual Workspace Environments (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Dialpad) - Nice to Have
  • Experience with managing or setting up Camera Surveillance systems. - Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of basic L1-L3 networking principles - Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes. - Nice to Have
