General Responsibilities:
Sourcing & qualification of suppliers to match Telecom project delivery requirements with competitive cost and good quality; managing supplier performance to support business:
- Supplier sourcing and qualification, to qualify strong capability suppliers in the market
- Request for quotation, negotiation and analysis of prices and contract clauses
- Supplier relationship management and support delivery project teams to solve problems
- Support the bidding for clients, such as estimating the cost and purchasing solution design
- Responsible for organizing frame/project bidding to support business demand
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the bidding process, all necessary processes from demand analysis to contract handover.
Basic project management knowledge, understanding the main steps of an engineering delivery project, and the concept of the PMP process.
Knowledge of service categories, with the ability to analyze the main factors of price.
Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, construction or a related major.
Familiarity with the Brazilian telecom market is preferable, such as sales position in telecom supplier, buyer in carriers, operations manager, etc.
Advanced English (will be tested in interviews).
