Click**here****The role in a nutshell**:As part of our 3-people team, the new colleague will be responsible for enabling SoftwareONE colleagues and subsidiaries, as well as our partners in joining and accelerating the ONEClub business. There will be a focus particularly on the Microsoft business and programs (e.g. Microsoft CSP). The role is tasked with growing the business and increasing the profitability of the business.The role:- Alliance Management to Microsoft and SoftwareONE subsidiaries worldwide for the CSP Indirect Business- Communication to and constant training of Sales Teams and partners of global SoftwareONE subsidiaries- Creation of documentation and guidebooks for internal Sales and external partners- Global development of SoftwareONE partner business, support of local specialists- Develop strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solutions and Partner Programs- Direct and indirect Partner Support throughout the whole partnership lifecycle, starting from onboarding- Program support Microsoft Cloud Solutions- Become a Subject Matter Expert to support platform/ Marketplace development based on partners and subsidiaries feedback- Become a SoftwareONE ONEClub Partner Program expertWhat we need to see from you:*****your experience**- 3+ years working in IT industry- Skilled in- relationship building,- verbal and written communication,- problem solving,- researching partner and program information,- planning, scheduling and organizing work- Customer service experience preferred**your knowledge**- Good understanding of Software licensing and Cloud offerings- Basic understanding of key technologies and trends in the cloud domain, modern workplace, cloud operating models, cloud economics- Preferably knowledgeable with Microsoft’s licensing programs andproduct stack**your language skill**- Fluent business English (C-level)- Additional languages as Spanish and Portuguese will be a plus.**your personality**- Our **_Core Values_** fit your value system- Understands the customer- Able to work across multiple projects- High level of customer focus and passionate about customer experience- Being a team player and working well in a group- Raise topics, discuss & question situations, while jointly aligning to the outcome**Have we piqued your interest?****If you have the feeling that the position doesn't suit you...**... you can still choose between two further options:**If you need more information about SoftwareONE...**... you can check the other channels we're using for communicating news, insights and knowledge.
