Boeing Brazil is seeking **Project Manager Specialist**, reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager, working out of the **Sao Jose Dos Campos** office.
The **Project Manager Specialist**will lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities in accordance with industry standards in project management.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Project Manage one or more Engineering Integration projects
- Integrate Systems Engineering Processes.
- Performs systems integration / project management duties (i.e. planning, managing, reporting) for delivery against key program initiatives.
- Monitors project execution.
- Identifies and tracks risks and mitigation plan for key program initiatives.
- Communicates openly and effectively with other roles and skillsets to address any issues, concerns or roadblocks as well as identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- Must have a degree in Engineering
- Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA)
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
- Solid experience executing project management activities (i.e. definition and planning of activities for complex comprehensive projects, identify deviations and act on those, etc)
- Must have complete ability to create project schedules which identify time frames for key project milestones, independently identify project resource requirements, collaborate with others on more complex projects assigned, and assist others in complex large-scale project.
**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Experience in the aerospace engineering industry.
- Experience with Agile tool and dashboard deployment.
- Knowledge of PMBOK framework, agile methods and critical chain applied to project management.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil.
Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
