Our first product gives employees instant access to their wages, which solves a major problem for real people (115 million American workers are living paycheck-to-paycheck). As a **Strategic Growth Manager **you will work with our partner customers to guide them on their end-to-end Rain journey, including onboarding, trouble-shooting, and growth. You will be accountable for the overall wellbeing of the partnership by supervising customer health, driving adoption, selling into additional parts of the business, supporting the billable areas of the business, and acting as a partner concern point for issues. You are a dynamic, thoughtful professional who builds strong relationships among diverse stakeholders at a variety of levels with ease and is looking for a career-defining new challenge. **Responsibilities**
- Own the entire relationship between Rain Instant Pay and our partner customers (e.g., leading HR software platforms) by establishing a trusted advisor relationship across the customer's organization, from Executive Sponsors to day-to-day contacts; work to ensure partner customers are getting value from our service
- Begin building relationships with partner customers during the end of the sales cycle and quarter-back their onboarding process (including any product modifications, marketing requirements, and customer service specifications)
- Be the face of Rain for the partner customer, including a point of contact and voice for support, queries and functional assistance. Forecast upcoming roadblocks and proactively mitigate them.
- Develop success plans for partner customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, and potential issues; provide and execute recommendations
- Sell into partner customers to increase adoption of Rain's products across their customer portfolios
- Work cross functionally with internal teams, including sales, customer success, product, engineering, marketing, and support, to ensure that partner customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Support the build and demonstration of client success stories to be evangelized among business prospects and industry experts
- Use customer relationships as needed for prospect references
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of large-scale partner or enterprise client management experience (consulting and/or account management) at a software company or related field
- Significant experience working with Partner or Enterprise customers and navigating vast organizations with multiple stakeholders in multiple departments
- Strong communication skills (including ability chair meetings), a curious mindset, and attention to detail
- Strong project management and ability to coordinate across teams to execute
- Ability to discern patterns and insights in data, identify next steps, and escalate or execute as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture client health
- Travel to customer sites and to our offices for quarterly meetings may be required
