Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the integrity of financial operations. This role will involve managing, analyzing, and presenting financial activities with emphasis on compliance with company standards and accounting regulations.

This professional will be responsible for implementing global policies, supporting regional and local financial controls, and driving continuous improvements in the quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting or Finance, professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) and minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with global and local accounting standards and financial controls.
  • Provide expert technical analysis and advice to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

In addition to your skills and experience, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a differential). The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities is also required.
