VIP Account Manager Position This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a leading gaming operator's team as a VIP Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the VIP customer segment, building strong client relationships, and supporting engagement strategies to increase player loyalty. Main Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new VIP clients through prospecting and networking. Manage VIP client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty. Design and implement VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers with senior team members. Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Prepare reports on VIP performance and account development. Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies. Requirements: Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the gaming industry. A wallet or existing player base would be beneficial. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships. Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino market is a plus. Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
