We are seeking a General Manager to lead the operations of a relevant industrial company based in Curitiba.The role carries full P&L responsibility, managing an operation of approximately 90 employees across both the manufacturing plant and sales.The General Manager will oversee the entire manufacturing operation, engineering, logistics, and industrial processes, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.In addition, the role includes commercial strategy, business development, and management of key client relationships, driving sustainable growth and operational transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L ownership of the operation, ensuring financial results, profitability, and sustainable growth.Leadership of the manufacturing plant, engineering, logistics, and industrial processes, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation.Development and execution of commercial strategy, including engagement with key clients and new business expansion.Implementation of operational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.Structuring, developing, and retaining talent, fostering a high-performance culture and strong employee engagement.Implementation of KPIs, governance, and management processes aligned with industry best practices.Representing the company strategically to clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.Requirements and QualificationsProven experience in multinational companies, mandatory experience in industrial equipment or automation sectors.Hands-on experience on the shop floor and managing industrial operations.Experience in commercial development and strategic B2B client management.Track record in operational transformation and process improvement initiatives.Availability for domestic travel.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production, or related fields; MBA is desirable.Skills and CompetenciesStrategic mindset with strong business acumen, able to balance operational excellence and commercial results.Inspirational leader, capable of engaging and developing diverse teams in challenging environments.Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders.Resilient, pragmatic, and energetic, driving change and growth initiatives.Analytical and systemic thinking to make data-driven decisions.#J-*****-Ljbffr
