Relationship Development SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with our advertising clients across the APAC region.Main Responsibilities:Strategically develop and manage client partnerships to ensure successful campaign execution, optimization, and key performance indicator achievement.Craft and implement targeted advertising strategies to enhance client return on investment and campaign effectiveness.Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, product, technology) to guarantee seamless execution and prompt issue resolution.Provide regular data analysis, performance reports, and actionable insights to clients.IDentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion within existing relationships.The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of advertising operations, software development kits, attribution platforms such as Appsflyer or Adjust, and fraud prevention.They will also exhibit exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization and be highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts remotely across time zones.Key Performance Indicators:Client satisfaction ratingsCampaign ROI enhancementAccount retention ratesWhat We Offer:A dynamic work environmentOngoing professional development opportunitiesA competitive compensation package
