Role Overview This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement across various digital platforms. Main Responsibilities Lead the development of comprehensive customer engagement plans, focusing on data-driven insights to drive business growth. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance customer experiences. Technical Requirements Demonstrate expertise in IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications. Showcase hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers. Highlight working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or any other cloud solution. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to form big pictures quickly. They should be able to troubleshoot complex issues and work effectively under pressure.
