And we need your help to take our expansion global Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.
This is a full-time position, based on an Asia Pacific time zone supporting our IT environment and global workforce. The role can be remote or working from home with normal working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
At CGA we depend on having our IT systems work smoothly. We are a fast-paced, global company, and down-time makes us sad.
As one of our IT Technicians you will be helping make sure that we can keep changing the world, student by student.
The role is focused on providing the best IT experience that we can to Crimson Global Academy (CGA), sometimes it will be investigating possible new solutions, investigating how we improve our existing solutions so things are automated and just work. Sometimes it will be looking after our people across the globe with their IT support needs
You will attend to support requests (such as account configuration, assisting with global hardware procurement, etc), and you will deal with urgent support requests that arise during your work-day. Being a global business there may sometimes be a need to work outside of normal working hours.
Specifically the role will include things like (this is not an exhaustive list):
IT Systems management and configuration
- IT Project management & implementation
- High level Teacher and school support including process improvement
- Troubleshooting problems with onboarding and deprovisioning accounts for systems such as Slack, Gmail, Zoom and Salesforce, or similar systems
- Provide front-line troubleshooting and support for all of the above systems, as well as any hardware issues they may encounter
- Monitor Genuity, Front and Slack channels for IT support requests
Further, you will be responsible for proactively finding solutions to common problems, and creating guides and documentation to help users solve more and more problems themselves
**How will you grow in this role?**
We are a modern, cloud-first company, without any legacy IT systems. You will very quickly learn what modern, global, high-growth companies need in order to move as quickly as possible. We use best-of-breed systems like Salesforce, Marketo and Canvas, and we'll support you to upskill on these technologies in order to support our business, as well as helping you learn the skills to integrate other tools with these systems.
**What skills and experience are required?**
- Working within a school would be highly regarded
- 2+ Years managing GSuite, Office 365 or similar cloud-hosted productivity suites
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Diagnostic mindset
- Customer service focus
- You will need to pass a police background check as you will be working with our students
