Lead customer visits to our facility by coordinating activities. Maintain a database of defects and failures through regular updates. Represent quality in new product development meetings. Provide accurate customer reimbursement through invoices. Support the Quality team with information and recommendations. Assist customers through scheduled visits and technical support. Requirements This position requires: Effective communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Candidates should have experience in quality assurance and control.
