What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Responsibilities- Research and compile materials for meetings to ensure the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is well-prepared
- Draft briefing notes, agendas, and key talking points for effective meetings
- Track key initiatives and coordinate with teams on high-priority projects
- Serve as a liaison between the CRO and other executives, enhancing cross-functional collaboration
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize workflows
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in meeting preparation and supporting executive teams
- Strong project and task management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Power BI, and project management tools
- Experience in a startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated reliability and understanding of confidentiality in professional settings
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while collaborating effectively with colleagues
