Overview The Junior Commercial Support Analyst position focuses on providing analytical support to commercial operations. This role combines data analysis with process improvement to identify trends, create insightful reports, and collaborate across teams while developing analytical skills in a global environment. Responsibilities Assisting in analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Supporting the commercial team with reports, dashboards, and insights to drive decision-making. Helping maintain and update operational databases and tracking systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements. Participating in developing and documenting standard operating procedures. Supporting the preparation of presentations and materials for stakeholder meetings. Requirements Experience: 1+ year of experience with operations analysis or commercial support functions. Analytical Skills: Good understanding of basic data analysis and reporting techniques. Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools and spreadsheet applications. Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly. Organization: Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to Detail: Excellent precision and accuracy in data handling. Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
