The marketing team at Canonical drives commercial outcomes for the company across its portfolio of products and grows the addressable market through digital marketing campaigns, lifecycle management, events, partnerships and community development. Job SummaryCanonical is looking for a partner marketing lead who will develop strategic relationships with global partners. Canonical partners with leading technology companies across public cloud (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Oracle), silicon (ARM, Intel, Qualcomm, Mediatek, Nvidia, Xilinx), hardware vendors (Dell, HP, HPE, Lenovo). The scope of our partnership grows annually (GSIs, software vendors, IoT). The partner marketing lead will drive successful marketing activities with partners and shape our partner programs. ResponsibilitiesLead a team of partner marketing managers Grow partner sales through integrated partner marketing programs across system integrators, public cloud, device manufacturers and semiconductors Develop scalable, efficient marketing campaigns to promote Canonical products globally Build and enhance the value proposition of co‑marketing programs for existing and prospective partners Ensure partner marketing consistency with the Ubuntu brand and value proposition Establish and support relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to improve partner sales potential for Canonical products, services, and technologies Understand partner business strategies and objectives; craft co‑marketing strategies and programs benefiting both Canonical and partners Advocate for mutual business development and build customer demand for partner products to grow sales Qualifications5+ years of B2B marketing experience working with strategic corporate partners on co‑marketing initiatives Experience in enterprise software, SaaS or silicon (preferred) Strong customer/partner relationship management skills Proven analytical skills, assessing opportunities and making ROI-based decisions Track record of delivering strong results and innovation Growth mindset and willingness to take risks and roll up sleeves Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a self‑starter, fast‑paced, changing environment What Canonical OffersLearning and Development Annual Compensation Review Recognition Rewards Annual Leave Priority Pass for travel Canonical believes a diverse workforce enhances our ability to deliver world‑class software and services which meet the world’s computing needs.
