About the Role

Yisrael Technology is hiring a seasoned Blockchain Developer to join a distributed engineering team working with U.S.-based startups focused on decentralized applications, Web3 platforms, and smart contract systems. You'll architect and build secure, scalable blockchain solutions using modern technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop smart contracts using Solidity or Rust
  • Integrate decentralized applications (dApps) with frontends using Web3.js or ethers.js
  • Maintain and deploy blockchain nodes or services on networks like Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar
  • Ensure the security and efficiency of blockchain code through audits and testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Frontend teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of software development experience, 2+ years with blockchain
  • Strong knowledge of Solidity, smart contracts, Ethereum-based frameworks
  • Experience with blockchain protocols and dApp development
  • Familiarity with Layer 1 / Layer 2 solutions
  • Experience with NFT standards, DeFi protocols, or DAO structures is a plus
  • Fluent English (C1 / C2 level)
