Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a Difference- Manage and optimize Quality master data in SAP, focusing on backend attribute and characteristic configuration.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP QM workflows.- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements developed by the Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team.- Support system validation activities aligned with regulatory and operational standards.- Co-administer non-SAP digital tools related to:- Product Data Sheet Management- Product Lifecycle Management- Customer Documents & Statements- Collaborate across the H&B business unit to expand digital capabilities and enhance Quality processes.- Use data analytics to drive value-added programs and process improvements.What Makes You the Right Fit- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality or Life Sciences roles involving the generation, maintenance, or support of Quality System data.- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.- Solid understanding of Quality programs and procedures in a manufacturing environment.- Hands-on experience with SAP systems, especially SAP QM.How Would You Stand Out?- Experience in data analytics, data science, or applied statistics.- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives or the Quality 4.0 framework.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex processes and make data-driven decisions.Why Choose Us?- Inclusive global environment that values authenticity.- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and strategic projects.- Professional development and continuous learning programs.- Purpose-driven and collaborative culture.- Recognition for performance and impact.- Flexible work arrangements (where applicable).We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
