Our team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and improving the lives of property managers and residents.**About the role**We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical **Operations Manager** to join our Customer Profitability Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and driving process improvements to optimize for scalability and growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ideate, design, implement, and roll out programs and processes that improve operations.**Our Proposal**As an **Opertions Manager**, your typical workload will include proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives, rolling out projects and initiatives, and measuring compliance. You will also be responsible for attending meetings, including 1:1s and weekly reviews of areas of improvement.This role will report to the Head of Service Operations.**It can be a perfect match if you meet...**- High level of expertise with spreadsheets, numbers, and details**:_Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Scripts and Data Studio_**_._- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you’ll need to interact with team members,stakeholders, and executives.- Effective leader who can inspire and motivate the team to achieve the program's objectives.- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects.- Proficiency level of English- Confluence experience.- _ SQL and PgAdmin experience will be highly valued but not mandatory._**What do we offer?**- Fully remote position from Latam- USD salary- PTO ️️- Flexible working hours
