WinDifferent is one of the most effective marketing systems in the world that helps startups scale and succeed. We offer Campaign Managers the unique opportunity to lead campaigns for multiple global startups while collaborating with a diverse, multicultural, and fully remote team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the entire campaign process, from understanding partner products and sales funnels to ensuring alignment with their ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Collaborate closely with clients as the primary point of contact, delivering strategic marketing solutions.
- Oversee project operations, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and continually optimized.
- Leverage technical skills to efficiently navigate various tools and platforms.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on marketing and project management in a tech-savvy environment.
- Strong client-facing skills and proven experience managing client relationships remotely.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Proven track record in developing marketing strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
