Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Management of the existing product portfolio ensuring the highest level of service to the market, sustaining business growth. Drive business growth via strategic and tactical plan in alignment with BU direct setting. Support the sales visits with high focus on End Users to Uncover Customer Needs and development of appropriate Value Proposition. Identification of potential new key accounts and initiating sales opportunities within the sales organization. Provide Guidance on pricing to Sales organization, manage pricing escalations. Training and coaching of the sales organizations with tailored value propositions and promotional material. Sharing knowledge & best practices within the organization (customer experience / best practice / value propositions) Support Marketing and Project team in the product development processes. Validate the Demand plan, sales forecasts provided by sales.

Proven experience in dealing with End Users, and complex project sales in partnership with different types of customers (OEMs, Partners Communication skills and ability to work in a matrix environment. Technical education such as Engineering with consistent experience in sales for Food Retail Applications, specially within Electronics products. English speaker. Strong ability to learn, to adapt to new environment.-
