Janssen is recruiting for a **Regional Market Access Center of Excellence (CoE) Business Partner**, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
This position will be part of the Regional Market Access CoE team, inside the Regional Market Access structure.
**Responsiblities include**:
- Represent Regional Market Access CoE on assigned cross-functional franchise teams with internal partners such as CVTs and Regional Market Access
- Coordinates the definition of the HEOR, pricing and Access Policy strategy, negotiates, validates and guarantees the optimal projects, timing and execution with the CVT´s and Regional Market Access for Brazil.
- Understands the business needs and connects with Cluster Market Access leaders to provide solutions and Regional Market Access to align strategies
- Provides insights to develop tools to support the value proposition
- Support OpCo Market Access with training needs
- Guarantees the right development and coaching of his/her team
**Qualifications** Position requirements**:
- 8 years of experience in Pharma, with market access background
- High Learning agility
- Desirable knowledge in Health Economics
- Deep understanding of the specialty pharma business
- Experience on interaction with reimbursement bodies (private and/or public);
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Interpersonal relations
- Strong negotiation and influence skills
- Experience understanding the LATAM environment
