**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for planning and development economic modelss, aligned with the businesses units strategy and objectives. Independent operation or in partnership with specialized suppliers;
- Contribute to the company's business plan by developing value strategies, by product, customized based on the needs of different stakeholders for the public and private market;
- Develop the value proposition, based on available scientific and pharmacoeconomic evidence, highlighting the value of the company's products, with the aim of influencing, supporting and/or negotiating with public and private market authorities, supporting internal stakeholders for suitable decision-making.
- Develop, in parternship with the cross-functional team, access strategies by channel and stakeholder - public and private hospitals, private clinics, public departments and health operators, considering the challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, stakeholder insights and current processes for incorporating technologies.
- Manage the budget of the strategic access area.
- Collaborate and act in parternship with peers and other functional areas of the organization, including: Marketing, Sales Force, Finance, Legal, Government Relations and Relationship with Patient Association, Medical Area, Communication, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationship with key health managers and providers, focusing on working with the health and management influence network.
- Assist the Access team in the field, identifying regional needs and opportunities and bringing solutions to customers.
- Conduct advisory boards/expert panels with payers and market research that allow a better understanding of gaps and opportunities, from the payer's perspective.
- Implement actions and take decisions under the responsibility of the position, respecting the company's Code of Conduct, as well as Compliance rules and procedures and relevant legislation.
**Who are you**:
- Complete graduation; Specialization or MBA is a plus;
- Willingness to travel;
- Advanced English (writing and speaking);
- Mandatory experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Market Access Strategies, Pricing and/or Pharmacoeconomics;
- Leadership, strategic thinking and teamwork skills are essential.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, problem solving and decision making skills;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Desirable experience with oncology and multiple sclerosis.
