We are looking for a Demand Planning Analyst who will be responsible for the monthly output of the statistical forecast for North and Central America. Provides analytical output to support the Integrated Business Planning team's Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) process. Supports Demand Planning analytical needs on a need be basis. Responsibilities Responsible for creating the monthly statistical forecast that is used as the baseline for the forecast by customer. Completes and provides a monthly post audit on forecast accuracy and forecast bias for the statistical forecast. Responsible for using Nielsen data and providing needed market data for the IBP team. Works cross functionally with Commercial, Finance, and all of IBP to support the monthly demand process. Provides necessary data and visuals for the customer CPFR meetings. Assists in other data gathering and tool building activities to support the CPFR process. Will serve as the expert user in the statistical planning tools to support all demand planners. Qualifications Graduation in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Logistics, Statistic or related field. Work experience with large data sets and manipulation of data required. Working knowledge of statistical modelling and tools. Proficiency using the Microsoft Office. Experience with data management and visualization tools such as: SQL Queries, Qlik Sense, Snowflake. Advanced / Fluent English. Desirable Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets. Ability to create detail oriented charts and graphs. Ability to make detailed presentations of financial / operational analysis. Location São José dos Campos. Model : Hybrid.
