GenAI Solutions Architect We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative AI solutions. Job Summary: As a GenAI Engineer, you will contribute significantly to the construction of cutting-edge AI Agents by collaborating closely with your peers. This position requires a high degree of creative thinking and a strong willingness to learn, as you will be working with the latest Generative AI tools and frameworks. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design, architecture, and development of autonomous AI Agents, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-specific frameworks. You will also develop full-stack applications that support and interact with AI Agents, using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to build the necessary interfaces and systems. Design and implement AI Agent architectures, integrating LLMs and other technologies to drive innovation. Develop robust full-stack applications that enable seamless interaction between users and AI Agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the behavior, capabilities, and goals of AI Agents, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Essential Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have solid experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of writing clean, maintainable code and leveraging modern Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure quality and automate delivery. Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, including experience building and implementing features with LLMs in real-world products, is also essential. Additionally, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering principles, including system design, API architecture, code quality, and testing. Highly Desirable Skills: Experience in designing GenAI solutions architecture, agent frameworks, and advanced techniques such as RAG would be highly desirable. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) applied to production-grade systems and hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including proficiency with modern frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI for building, testing, and deploying autonomous, goal-oriented agents, are also valuable assets.
