Furthermore, the Accountant will oversee payroll management with the assistance of a consultant to guarantee timely payment of salaries to employees, including final settlements as processed by the shared services team. Additionally, they will handle employee claims and ensure their timely payment. Maintenance of accurate financial records aligning with SAP protocols is essential for this role. The Accountant will reconcile these records with the help of a consultant and the shared services team. They will also be responsible for timely preparation of financial statements based on local GAAP and facilitate audited financial reports within corporate timelines.
