A Customer Intelligence Inc. é uma firma de consultoria profissional com presença global, especializada em oferecer soluções inovadoras em meios de pagamento, marketing e desenvolvimento estratégico para empresas do setor financeiro e bancário.

Atualmente estamos em busca de profissionais de Growth Marketing para integrar projetos estratégicos com Mastercard Advisors no Brasil.

Esquema: Honorários – CNPJ

Diferencial (L7): foco em execução de campanhas de growth , CRM, segmentação de audiências, UX/UI e otimização de conversão. Ideal para profissionais com 5+ anos de experiência em Growth/Digital Marketing , com forte perfil analítico e criativo.

Esquema: Honorários – CNPJ

Diferencial (L6 – mais sênior): liderança de estratégias de aquisição e engajamento de clientes , coordenação de iniciativas omnichannel, gestão de stakeholders de alto nível e desenvolvimento de equipe . Requer 7+ anos de experiência em Growth/Digital Marketing , com forte background em análise de dados, inovação e liderança.

Responsabilidades principais (ambos os cargos)

  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de aquisição e engajamento de clientes.
  • Gerenciar campanhas omnichannel (e-mail, mídia paga, conteúdo patrocinado, etc.).
  • Aplicar análises de dados e CRM para decisões de impacto e reativação de clientes.
  • Conduzir pesquisas de mercado, feedback e otimização de UX/UI para conversão.
  • Colaborar com equipes internas/externas para soluções inovadoras, incluindo uso de IA.

Requisitos comuns

  • Graduação em Marketing, Administração, Economia, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas (Data Science/Estatística também aceitos).
  • Experiência em Growth/Digital Marketing, aquisição de usuários e engajamento omnichannel.
  • Capacidade analítica e de storytelling (transformar dados em narrativas estratégicas).
  • Inglês intermediário.
