We are looking for a proactive and strategic
Growth Manager
to act as the right hand to the GM of Bolivia. This role requires deep involvement in key growth drivers and coordination between the local operations team and HQ.
The position involves relocation to Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
Tasks that await you
- Managing country-level growth KPIs
You will own growth metrics at the country level (primarily GMV and orders).
- Launching and managing projects
You will launch and oversee cross-functional growth initiatives in logistics, marketing, payments, product, and other areas.
- Coordinating with local and HQ teams
You will maintain daily communication with the local team and HQ to ensure smooth coordination.
- Analyzing performance and driving growth
You will analyze key metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to accelerate growth.
- Preparing updates and reports
You will prepare regular updates and materials for HQ and the GM.
We expect that you
- Bring 3+ years of experience in project management or growth-focused areas
- Have a background in analytics (marketing experience is a strong advantage)
- Are fluent in English
and Russian
(Spanish fluency is a plus)
