We invite you to be part of something bigger.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Participate actively in the current innovation agenda (project leader along with all multifunctional areas of the company), bringing a curious and careful perspective to all stages of project development.* Bring and lead innovative initiatives while building an effective and well-connected community within the business groups and all multifunctional areas (Global and Local Marketing, Research and Development, Consumer Insights, Artwork, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing).* Manage and effectively lead external partners (agencies, suppliers, etc.).* Lead the brand agenda with the global marketing team on the future of the category and brand proposition while putting consumer insights into action.* Conduct market, competition, and trend analysis, generating insights to support the design of the brand's growth plans in the category.* Budget management.**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree completed;* Advanced English;* Experience in marketing and project leadership;* Good communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders;* Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders.;* Passion for brand development in all strategic pillars;* Willingness to challenge the status quo, find efficiencies, and improve existing processes with creative and innovative solutions;* Good ability to navigate high volatility and uncertainty environments, prioritization is key;* Analytical skills and strategic brand thinking.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Spanish desirable.**At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applicants from all walks of life and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
