The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.**ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM**Contract Administrator position is part of our Contract Billing and Compliance team and reports to the Team Lead as part of the Americas Business Management group. The role supports SITA customers throughout North, Central, and South America, working closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery and Contracts team on requests related to existing contracts.You’ll play a vital part in supporting colleagues by ensuring all customer change requests are handled according to requirements, contract terms, and the latest corporate guidelines.**WHAT YOU WILL DO**- Manages all administration activities around the contract lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely completion of contractual tasks which may include and are not limited to creating billing milestones and contract compliance with end-users.- Carries out the daily operations and workflow of the contract team to ensure on-time reporting to end-users and billing submissions.- Maintains master files and databases on bid responses, contract issues and renewals, ensuring resources are available to all team members.- Prepares reports and assists in development of presentations, creating and distributing documents to relevant parties.- Review, understand and manage customer contracts.- Support the resolution of issues linked to contractual, billing, financial and/or process issues.- Assist to identify, assess and manage contractual risk as part of the bid team.Qualifications:**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics or related dicipline.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in working with finance, billing, contract management and/or compliance is desirable but not mandatory.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).- Proficiency in Spanish skills is a plus.- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Organized and results oriented, drive and energy to achieve excellent results.- Ability to follow directions and procedures/ adapt to a dynamic environment/ to collaborate with colleagues from different teams and stakeholders.- A good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and advance Excel and Salesforce reporting tool is a definite advantage.**WHAT WE OFFER**:We're all about diversity.
