The Architect establishes and maintains enterprise and/or domain-level architecture through planning, design, execution, and operation. This includes developing and implementing the standards and practices necessary to realize and sustain the application technology stack in alignment with architectural plans. The Architect also provides expert consultation to inform both strategic and tactical technology decisions—covering areas such as web and app servers, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high availability of application clusters. The overarching goal is to cultivate a scalable, extensible, interoperable, and adaptable IT ecosystem that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our ServiceNow platform. This role will provide technical leadership, own and enforce technical governance to ensure adherence to best practices, collaborate with a dynamic team, engage with stakeholders, and oversee program management to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow solutions.

How you'll make an impact:

Provide SNOW expert knowledge in Platform Strategy & Architecture, Governance Framework & Policy Enforcement, Solution Design & Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement, Platform Performance, Security & Risk Management Translate business requirements into system qualities that lead to repeatable and executable design strategies and patterns for tactical projects / initiatives in collaboration with project teams Identify and define the opportunities for integration, selecting the tools, specifying the shared data & code resources, defining the interfaces and data-flows, and monitoring the success of the integration for tactical projects / initiatives Develop, institute, and maintain the IT design methodology, development process methodology, technology standards, and best practices. Provide oversight to ensure compliance with architectural standards and practices through all aspects of planning, execution, and operation. Lead the evaluation of new technology targeted for possible integration into the existing IT environment. Develop, institute, and maintain the design and metadata repository for integrating all aspects of established architectural models. Survey external emerging developments, and evangelize new technologies, standards and methodologies. Provide expert guidance on tactical projects/initiatives Provide training, coaching and knowledge
