Responsabilidades: Você fará parte do Squad de Transformação Digital, o time responsável por toda a jornada do cliente FindMe, composto por Gestores e Analistas extremamente focados em entregar sucesso, reter e evoluir as contas de nossos clientes; Nele, você será inicialmente responsável pela liderança das ações de suporte e atendimento diário, acompanhando indicadores, pautas para apresentação de resultados, gestão de hardwares, controle de problemas de software, apoios em suporte proativos. Estabelecendo comunicação com o setor customer success e desenvolvendo um olhar atento para a saúde e satisfação do cliente junto com os gestores e analistas; Juntos traçaremos um plano de desenvolvimento individual para que você possa se aprofundar cada vez mais no mundo de experiência e sucesso do cliente, podendo assumir processos específicos de acordo com o nosso crescimento.
Requisitos Boa comunicação em português; Didática, capacidade investigativa e resolução de problemas; Domínio de smartphone Android; Domínio de computador Windows; Domínio de documentos, apresentações e planilhas; Sólida experiência com atendimento ao cliente e/ou sucesso do cliente; Liderança e gestão de equipe no setor de atendimento ao cliente; Análise de dados e acompanhamento e interferência de indicadores de suporte; Gestão de projetos; e Gestão de riscos em atendimentos.
Desejável Facilitação; Gestão de conteúdos; Conhecimento sobre metodologias ágeis; e Experiência com startups.
