Position overview:
The HR Admin is responsible for supporting the delivery of the HR service and providing general HR support to HR Manager/People Managers and employees. You will be covering the full scope of employee relations, compensations and benefits, resource management, and training & development for the Fosie plant (Sweden).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the ambassador of Ball’s culture, driving the right behaviours amongst all plant employees.
  • Support the deployment of annual people processes, such as performance reviews and salary reviews.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager on projects and operational needs.
  • Recruitment for some of the local vacancies, with the support of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Supporting with payroll data, absence and redundancy pay calculations etc.
  • Coordination of internal and external training providers.
  • Responsibility for employee administration – SuccessFactors (contract management, employment references, evaluations, etc.).
  • Creation and maintenance of HR reports and statistics.
  • Participation in various HR initiatives to promote company goals and values.

What are we looking for?

  • Completed or ongoing education in business administration.
  • Ideally, professional experience in the HR field, payroll or finance.
  • Confident in Microsoft Office and experience using SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HR database.
  • High communication and social skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
