After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month Annual Adjustments: You’ll also receive a raise each year and company‑wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together. Job Description The Financial Assistant supports the finance and accounting teams by handling financial reporting, analysis, and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate documentation of financial data and contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation. It serves as a bridge between accounting operations and business decision‑making. Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. Support budgeting and forecasting by collecting and organizing financial data. Process and monitor invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders. Help prepare financial summaries for management meetings. Maintain records for audits and compliance reviews. Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information. Provide general administrative support to the finance department. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a financial support role. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial management tools. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
